PECO Pallet Specifications

At PECO Pallet, every pallet is built and maintained to the highest quality standards in the industry. Both GMA (48”x40”) and half pallet (48”x20”) sizes are now available.

QUALITY IS BUILT INTO EVERY PECO PALLET.

PECO pallets are constructed from high-quality lumber that is responsibly forested in North America. Pallets are kiln-dried to control infestation, mold, and moisture content. No chemical treatments or hazardous materials are ever used on PECO pallets, and all lumber products used to construct and repair PECO pallets are regularly tested by an independent third party inspector.

All PECO pallets are built to standard dimensions used by the grocery and consumer goods industries. Using state-of-the-art technology, we produce pallets of uniform, accurate dimensions, so PECO pallets are ideal for use in today's fast-moving automated production lines.

We maintain the superior quality of our pallet pool by repairing any pallets that do not meet our strict requirements. Every time PECO pallets are cycled through one of the depots, they are individually inspected and sorted. Depot employees all work from PECO's Repair Specifications to ensure consistent quality standards. Pallets that are deemed "Ready-for-Use" are cleaned and returned to the pallet pool. Pallets judged as "Work-in-Progress" are repaired before being reissued.

Working together, PECO Pallet and the depots in our North American network constantly evaluate and adjust processes to ensure that our customers continue to receive only top quality pallets in excellent repair.
